With nearly 2 decades of executive-level experience, Dr. Bowens brings a rare blend of clinical insight, policy expertise, and operational strategy to support healthcare organizations in navigating complex challenges and elevating care standards.
At CB Strategies & Solutions, Dr. Bowens partners with providers across the country to deliver tailored consulting solutions that drive measurable results—whether through survey readiness, workforce development, quality assurance, or executive strategy. She is known for her ability to translate complex regulations into actionable strategies, helping organizations achieve compliance while improving resident care and operational efficiency.
An award-winning executive and public speaker, Dr. Bowens holds advanced degrees in nursing, health administration, and healthcare leadership. She is certified in project management, gerontological nursing, dementia care, and infection control, and she holds active licenses as a Registered Nurse and Nursing Home Administrator.
