Meet the Founder
Crystal Bowens helps nursing homes fix system breakdowns, strengthen clinical leadership, and achieve sustainable survey readiness. She previously served as Vice President of Regulatory & Clinical Services at a national association, bringing firsthand insight into the regulatory landscape and survey process.
With experience as a Director of Nursing, corporate clinical and regulatory leader, and educator, Crystal understands the real-world challenges facilities face—and how to solve them in a way that actually works. Her background includes supporting organizations at both the facility and system level, giving her a unique ability to connect day-to-day operations with broader regulatory expectations.
Her approach goes beyond identifying issues. She works alongside teams to implement practical solutions, build accountability, and create systems that sustain compliance over time. She knows what it feels like to prepare for survey, manage competing priorities, and lead teams under pressure—because she’s done it.
Crystal’s focus is simple: helping facilities move from reactive to proactive so they can deliver better care, reduce risk, and lead with confidence.
Crystal holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Management and a Master’s in Nursing, along with certifications in infection control and project management, and maintains licensure as a nurse and nursing home administrator.
